This document defines the shipping and return policies for all purchases made on wa94.watchhousesale.com. All transactions are processed by Shuk Man Limited. Please read carefully before completing your order.

Shuk Man Limited ships exclusively to valid physical addresses. Processing time for all orders is 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. A tracking number is provided via email once the order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable. Shuk Man Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address submissions. Customers must verify the shipping address before finalizing the order.

Returns Policy

Shuk Man Limited offers a 14‑day return policy for change of mind. This period starts on the day the customer receives the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All original tags and accessories must be attached. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shuk Man Limited does not provide prepaid return labels.

Non‑Returnable Items

Final sale products are clearly marked on the product page. Gift cards are non‑returnable. Products that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline and Conditions

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by Shuk Man Limited. The customer must allow at least 14 days from the date of delivery to Shuk Man Limited for the refund to be credited. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

PayPal Refund Specific Terms

For payments made via PayPal, the refund processing time is at least 14 days. Certain jurisdictions require a 30‑day refund window for PayPal transactions. Where such local laws apply, Shuk Man Limited complies with the 30‑day timeline. The customer waives the right to a shorter period if the local law mandates 30 days. No exceptions are made.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer bears all shipping costs for returning the product. Shuk Man Limited does not reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstance, including change of mind returns. If a product is returned due to a verified defect on the part of Shuk Man Limited, the return shipping cost is still borne by the customer. Refund amounts exclude the original outbound shipping fee paid by the customer.

Return Procedure

Follow these steps to complete a return. No alternative procedure is accepted.

Step 1 – Request Return Authorization
Send an email to [email protected] with the order number and the reason for return. Shuk Man Limited responds within 3 business days with a return authorization number. Do not ship the product before receiving this number.

Step 2 – Prepare the Package
Place the product in its original packaging. Include a printed copy of the return authorization email and the original packing slip. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the box.

Step 3 – Ship to the Returns Address

The customer chooses any shipping carrier with tracking capability. Shuk Man Limited is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. The customer must retain the tracking receipt until the refund is confirmed.

Step 4 – Await Inspection
Once Shuk Man Limited receives the package, inspection takes up to 7 business days. After inspection, the refund process begins. The customer must allow at least 14 days from the date Shuk Man Limited receives the return for the refund to appear in the original payment account.

Step 5 – Refund Confirmation
Shuk Man Limited sends a confirmation email when the refund is issued. For PayPal payments, if the applicable law requires 30 days, the confirmation email states the 30‑day timeline. No manual intervention accelerates the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If the customer has not received a refund after 14 days (or 30 days for PayPal transactions under specific jurisdictions), the customer must first check the bank or PayPal account. Then contact the payment provider. Finally, contact [email protected] with proof of return tracking. Shuk Man Limited does not process refund claims without valid tracking information.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order on wa94.watchhousesale.com, the customer agrees to all terms above. Shuk Man Limited reserves the right to deny a refund if any return condition is violated. The 14‑day return window is absolute and does not reset due to shipping delays. No verbal agreement overrides this written policy.
